What is the business trying to do? What does the team need to know? I'd rather answer those before choosing a tool.Make the trade-off visible.
There is rarely a perfect answer. I write down the cost, risk and likely payoff so the team can choose.Give people room to work.
Clear ownership, a useful level of challenge and help when a decision is stuck.Stay for production.
A launch is not the end. I care about the alerts, the handover and whether the thing is still useful six months later.with the checks left in.
